Our terms and conditions are as follows:
A written quote containing the job details is always provided and constitutes the contract between you as the client and us as the language service provider. All clients are required to sign the quote before a job can begin.
Our rates vary according to the type of job. Translation is generally charged per word, editing and proof-reading per hour. Voice over and interpretation assignments are charged per hour with a minimum of two hours, plus travel time and transportation. We also operate with a minimum hourly rate for all jobs.
We accept source documents in legible hardcopy or a wide variety of electronic formats.
For the protection of our clients' privacy, we recommend that they use our secured (end-to-end encrypted) transfer page available here, as email is a non-secured, non-encrypted transfer medium.
We accept payment via Paypal, bank transfers and cheques.
We operate under Australian Law (the Trade Practices Act 1974)
